Four accounts, four different problems.

The figures below come from Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and the client's leads centre.

Exotiq Property Bali

Social Media Marketing, March 2024 to present

The problem

The account had been quiet for close to two years. 150 followers, no rhythm, nothing on the page worth clicking. The agency had been trading in Bali for more than 20 years and none of that showed.

What I did

Rebuilt the feed on photography from more than 100 villa visits. Set a posting rhythm the team could hold without me. Treated YouTube and Instagram as separate channels rather than dumping the same cut on both. Ran three campaigns on Meta, testing lookalike and interest audiences against a single form.

Results

424

1,600+ Instagram followers. 29,935 accounts reached in a month, up 3.6%. YouTube from 20 to nearly 300 subscribers. LinkedIn from 56 to 251. 424 leads recorded across twelve months, and one property sold. The strongest ad set ran at Rp11,900 per click and a 1.50% click-through rate.

Karya Coworking

Social Media Marketing, March 2024 to present

The problem

A new Instagram account for a 24-hour coworking space in Berawa, Canggu. The brief was enquiries, not followers. The obvious content, members at their desks, was off the table: people who pay for a private office are paying partly for privacy.

What I did

Built the feed around the space, the light and the working day instead of faces. Wrote carousels against the questions remote workers actually ask before they commit to a desk. Pointed the ad creative at messaging rather than profile visits.

Results

37,769

37,769 accounts reached in a month, up 27.9%. One ad set produced 85 messaging conversations from a reach of 68,753. Stories carried 49.5% of total reach, which is where the enquiries came from.

Sunset Beach Bali

Social Media Manager, September 2024 to present

The problem

Suka Sunset Beach was becoming Sunset Beach Bali. A full rebrand in Seminyak, and a feed that had to hold young travellers, couples, families and event groups at the same time.

What I did

Involved from day one of the rebrand. Ideation, photography, video, editing, design and reporting, working to the Head of Marketing. Ran KOL and influencer collaborations and kept the tone steady across sunset service, events and F&B launches.

Results

35%

1,200 to nearly 4,000 followers in under a year, organic, with no ad spend behind it. Engagement up 35% in six months.

ZIN Hotels

Cluster Social Media Marketing

The problem

Five business units under one roof, each with its own audience: the hotel, the cafe, the cycling studio, the roastery and the gym.

What I did

Ran all five accounts single-handed. Monthly plans, daily stories, live events, reels, event documentation, plus every line of copy and every design.

Results

65,000

1,500 to 65,000 followers across the cluster, through organic content and ad optimisation, without buying the audience quality down.
